Delivery Policy

At Laveena.lk, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. Please review our delivery policy below:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted island-wide across Sri Lanka.
  2. We accept multiple payment options, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Sampath Vishwa, eZ Cash, M Cash, and FriMi for all customers within Sri Lanka.
  3. Order Dispatch: Orders are dispatched only on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding Poya days and other mercantile holidays.
  4. Pick-Up Option: Customers have the option to pick up their orders from the Laveena Saree showroom.
  5. Delivery Timeframes:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Delivery will take a maximum of 4 working days from the date of order placement.
    • Pre-Paid Orders: Orders will be dispatched only after payment confirmation. Once payment proof is received, the order will be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery may take up to a maximum of 4 working days, depending on the delivery location.
  6. Order Acceptance & Responsibility:
    • Once an order has been accepted by the recipient or a representative, it will be considered delivered.
    • Laveena Sarees will not be held responsible for any lost goods after acceptance by the recipient.
  7. Delivery Failure & Address Issues:
    • Orders will be delivered to one delivery address per order.
    • If an incorrect or non-existent address is provided, an additional rerouting delivery charge will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.
